It was part of the art installation held in Tanglin Camp for the Singapore Biennale '06. So technically, it was there to get to a public audience! Haha!
check the upload date and u'll notice the pic was made months before the biennale
and actually also before they started making loewen camp look "neat" again...

I visited the Tanglin camp exhibition and it was part of an installation.
well... whatever... since u're the richkidddo... i guess u must know best what?
anyway... see it however u want... I've been there... and u could trust me on it... the time when they started making up the place and so forth was quite a while after i took the pic... but maybe... I'm just bullshitting to feel special...
